Thursday, August 26, 2004 WOW. Firstly, let me say that I didn't think my post about charities and volunteers would cause so many comments. It's awesome - keep it up! hehehehe. I have some good news, relating to the last post. And no, the good news is not that I decided to give to Greenpeace. The good news relates to the job interview: I was offered the position!!! Isn't that just the best news EVER?! Well, I think it is. It took a little while to find something I wanted (and got an interview for...), but I persisted and it paid off. Starting on Monday 30 August, I will be the Student and Information Services Officer in the Melbourne Education Student Centre, Education Faculty, The University of Melbourne. COOOOOOOOOOL, eh? So yeah, I'm extremely happy, looking forward to the 17% superannuation... To celebrate the occasion, my beautiful Sim bought The Butterfly Effect which we watched last night. Great movie, highly recommended. Meanwhile, how nice is the weather. Sun is shining, weather is sweet. Comment, comment, comment. No really.
