Friday, July 09, 2004 Some Missy Higgins info, more for myself than anyone else "The Scar EP" is slated for release in Australia on July 26. This EP will feature four new original songs - "Scar", "Casualty", "Dancing Dirt Into The Snow" and live favourite "The Cactus That Found The Beat". Expect to hear the title track on the radio in a week or two (done!) and to see a video on music TV early next month. (hopefully Rage has it on soonish) I recorded the 4-track live set that Missy performed on JJJ a couple of weeks back, and the setlist was: - Dancing Dirt Into The Snow - The Cactus That Found The Beat - Scar - This Is How It Goes And I read this in HIT magazine this morning: MISSY HIGGINS: The Sound of White (Eleven/Virgin) Highly anticipated debut for Melbourne singer/songwriter, recorded in the US with producer John Porter (The Smiths, Ryan Adams). Includes the single Scar. Out September. ...just in time for my birthday hopefully!! YAY!
