Wednesday, October 08, 2003 As Zimon stated on his blog, we ventured down down down to The Bunker today... Put it this way - if we weren't waiting for Lynton and they weren't offering free coffee, we wouldn't have entered and drank their coffee, however bad it was (in Zimon's discerning opinion, anyway)... Wow, that sentence is a nice example of the conditional, or the past subjunctive... Lynton arrived and we discussed ReciproCITY happenings. We have many (Well, OK - some) ideas about the site... These include the addition of Field Studies to the site, renaming the site for easier navigation among other things. Hopefully we see some of these implemented before we graduate. Nice segue: I received my Graduation Confirmation of Attendance package today. This comforts me somewhat and means that everything is on-track. I met Erica for lunch and we checked out the new Food Court at Melbourne Central Station. It looked pretty cool, before going upstairs to the Other Food Court. Lunch was eaten. We then trammed it up to Melb uni, where we saw a running Rutti, asking where Yoshi's party was... Would I be completely mistaken in saying that it was at his house? A: "Of course" :) I saw this in the lift at Unimelb Arts Building: Imagine - John Lennon Imagine there's no syntax If easy you its try It caused much laughter. Especially as I was on the way to Historical Grammar of German, where we basically go through, oh, a good 900 years of the German language and pick it to pieces. Fun. posted by AJ | 10:24 PM | |
