How are we all?
Have received some very very cool emails over the past few days:

1) Monique - working in Quinta Do Barranco Da Estrada, Postugal - visit www.paradise-in-portugal.com. I don't know what she's doing there, but it looks cooooooool.

2) Mel - livin' in up in Paris. Jet-setting off to the coast and to London as the case may be.. Studying, exams, working as a Cultural Attache. How cooooooool is that?

3) Nicole - in Melbourne. Awesome to hear from her. As many of my friends return "home" having completed first semester, Fenner is becoming a bit quieter. Hopefully I won't get lonely and can use the time to knuckle down.

Speaking of Nicole, there is an article about Mercury in Fisk here

That reminds me - Luke, Erica, Joel (and Erin?) - you thinking about coming up and saying hi?

Mmmmm. Herr Zimon - thankyou for the Cabaret sms. I enjoyed it immensely. While eating chocolate marble cake that a friend kindly invited me to eat with her, I was shocked and dismayed that no one knew those immortal Cabaret lyrics. Especially the guy who, I thought, came from a galaxy who regard musical theatre so highly.....

What else... Have finished my part to Tender Document!! YAY!! Wasn't as torturous as I first thought. Hopefully Lucie, Jess and Jo will complete relatively soon. *Insert nervous laugh*

Mmmm, looking after a goldfish, named Fysh (as he was purchased in Fyshwick and is a little prancy...), and two plants is a bit of fun. Is it normal for goldfish to poke their head out of the water and drink the water from meniscus???

Read fascinating articles in National Geographic about WMDs (Weapons of Mass Destruction) and Megacities. mmmm. From that, I conclude we should call Paul, our course co-ordinator, Paulistano, as opposed to Paulista. Paulistanos are people that live in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Gives it a bit more of an International Flavour TM, don't you think...?

I finished Blue Mars last night. It was a nice ending. An open ending.....
:)
