Sunday, January 12, 2003 Hey again. What up? I was looking on the net to see if anyone had stolen my idea about tequila mockingbird and someone has!! tequila mockingbird Not only that but there's a BLOG called that?! Is that weird? Karma? Irony? Or just plain strange.... My brother and I believe that in the world the more you are aware about one thing / something, the more that thing will find its way into your life. We chose to call it the 'multiverse', in that everything we say or do has a multi-directional approach on everything else we say or do in our own microcosm of a life. (ie: I am more aware of people speaking German in the street, cos I listen out for it and have a knowledge of it... I also seem to notice that a lot of programs come from Germany when I flip through the TV guide. It's not that there ARE more German programs, it's simply me looking out for them (or them finding their way into my life...) Anyway, we used this term 'multiverse' for years and years and thought it was a cool term for something equally....cool. So we thought we came up with it, right? Then all of a sudden we were bombarded by this term in whetever we did... As if the term had bit us back on the ass and wanted to show who was boss... In sci-fi, in documentaries, in explaining the Big Bang, parallel universes, string theory, everything.... Here's a quote. forthehellofit. There is a Mexican Bar and Grill Restaurant with the same name in Ocean City, Maryland, there is also a band with the same name from Scotland who produce acoustic folk pop music, not to mention a COCKTAIL!!!
