Sim and I were just kicking back on the Net waiting for Erica to arrive to get pizza and watch a DVD when Sim alerted me to the fact that the Australian Government has its very own... wait for it.... National Public Toilet Map! You are able to login and register and list your favourite public toilets and it will even locate toilets for you by GPS, latitude/longitude and where you are currently located! Bizarre! So, my question to you is whether you have a favourite public toilet that you're holding out on sharing with the rest of us? EH? While I appreciate that this toilet map has its merits, in the event that you need a toilet in an emergency (you can imagine the kind of scenario) and Heaven forbid, you're not in the vicinity of a computer with Internet access, what good is this site? "Unfortunately, it is not possible to release hard copies of the Toilet Map information to the general public. The main reason is that the toilet information is updated on a regular basis and so a hard copy of toilet information would quickly become out of date.
