Tuesday, May 25, 2004 I found out the other day that I am in promotional material for ANU's Fenner Hall!! Last year, when I was up in Canberra for my internship, I remember there was this one time, on band camp, where some random photographer came into the big loungey area and promised us chocolate or some other such 'drug of choice' and enticed us to brave the cold Canberran wintery day and 'act casual' in front of a camera and the Fenner Hall sign outside the buildings. 'Acting casual' is never as it seems, with everyone looking so forced and uncomfortable that you never really pull off what you're trying to achieve. Anyway and suffice it to say, a work friend asked if I went to ANU cos he saw me in their promotional material for 2005! Isn't that weird?! I never knew what the photo was going to be used for - I figured it would be something like a brochure for the uni, but had totally forgotten about it until the other day. Pretty darn tootin'.
