Tuesday, March 09, 2004 It's better to have Futurama-ed and lost, than to have never Futurama-ed at all... Haven't blogged in a bit... Let's see - what have I done... Sat - work all day. Wore an apron all day as a promotion for the Kictchen Deals. Over the past few weeks I have been making others wear them, so I thought I'd lead by example and give it a go. It was weird - I thought it would provoke some adversarial comments from some customers, such as "what are you cooking me for dinner tonight?" but alas... Didn't happen. Sat night, I worked on my resume for jobs. FUUUUUN. No, seriously - it was fun. Even though I was on the comp for most of the night (and managed to blog that HILARIOUS ode for Actuary), I listened to several new CDs I got and just had fun doing something that could be considered boring... Sun - worked all day. Then special dinner with Simon at his place. sooooooooooooo cool. Saw 3 (THREE!) new Futurama episodes today, including the very very very very last episode EVER. They were brilliant. Especially the last one. I won't tell anyone what it's about, but it was a nice ending for the series. Man, I love this show. ..."You had me at Space Pilot 3000....", instead of the Jerry McGuire line "You had me at 'hello'" What else... NOT a LOT. Erica's gig on Saturday night... YAY! I think I might be as excited, if not more eexcited (though probably not...) about it than Erica herself. Wicked. Also - THIS is cool. See how you go.
