Welcome... to the World of Tomorrow!!!

Yes, that's right. If you hadn't already realised, it's the Future. Yep! It snuck up on us and some of us didn't even notice! Waiting for midnight the whole night, no one predicted that the Future would arrive. But here it is. Pretty cool, hey?

The Future is Today.
Worry about it Tomorrow.

Nevertheless, the view of the future, or the Futurama, looks quite good. What say you? Am finding it hard to imagine what I'll be doing for most of the year... If I get into Law, I'll be studying my butt off, if not, who knows what I'll be doing or where I'll be. Bit scary that... Ah well. Whatever happens, happens.

So did you have a good NYE? In the tradition of NYE, I have never had a big one. Went around to a friend's and had a quiet night, talking and not doing much else. The highlight would've been when I was hyper for about 5 minutes (and then exhausted my energy reserve) when I had the sudden urge to bounce a huge red exercise ball around the room. It must've looked quite funny, cos I was in a suit, bouncing this huge ball... Someone said I looked like a midget, cos of the human to ball size ratio

Many hilarious SMSes were exchanged last night. I was told I was "early and well meaning" (expletive deleted), "a champ" and someone saw threw my, obviosuly transparent, attempts to make a group text seemingly personalised....

And in other news, Simon, Lucy, Loretta and Monique were at the same party!!!!! That's craziness!!!

New Year's Resolutions?
Hmmm, I think I should exercise more. No, scrap that. Get rid of the "more". I think I should exercise (full stop)... yes, that's it. :) hahaha

Also, decided with friends last night to have regular, organised catch-ups more often. Dinners and the like. A rotating arrangement of 12 people, which I will herewith call The Fellowship of the Dinner Party, will mean, as Ang correctly stated last night, "buy one, get 11 free". Must figure out when in the month everyone is available. It's going to be a logistical nightmare. One I'm quite looking forward to...

After all, at the end of the day, after the final sun has set all we leave behind are tokens of who we are.

Or something...

Oh, and don't forget to visit Erica's blog,
<...one foot down the rabbit hole...> for full mp3s of her original music. Very cool stuff....

And just found out that Natalie Imbruglia and Daniel Johns have wed. Are they Australia's Posh and Becks...?
