Wednesday, July 09, 2003 G'day. Well.... I know ANG was excited about the 90210 10 year reunion special. Were you? Watched 10 minutes of it before being asked to watch Blade and 8 Mile in a friend's newly-hooked-up room. Was loud. Was very loud. Blade is disturbing, it's not your normal "vampire boy meets human girl whose duty it is to kill slash "slay" vampire boys, vampire boy falls in love with human girl resulting in the vampire boy being de-souled and trying to kill her" sort of affair, but rather involves much more artillery and temptations of flesh. And what was with that scene with all the blood coming out of the ceiling!? Can anyone say "fake blood"? Gross. Got a long email from Erin today. Was lovely to hear from Erin. Also received an email from a mate that had a link to a Latrobe uni page that featured the entire cast of Year 12 Physics. Bizarre.... What else? Had teriyaki stiry fry pork for dinner tonight.... I just don't get it. I bought a packet of mixed vegies (With teriyaki sauce - ie now with flavour!) and on the packet it said "Use with beef or chicken". Just to be different I bought pork. It worked. It tasted OK. I haven't felt ill from it yet. Why did they only recommend beef or chicken? I understand that they can't just say "use with random meat" as that would involve people coming up with creative uses for venison, kangaroo and <'insert weird animal meat here'>. hmmmmm Eminem is whack.
