Tuesday, June 24, 2003 Leaving a comment on Trang's blog makes me want to make a comment about the yuummy meal I made for dinner!!! While reading Men's Health, I found a really cool recipe for Mexican Chicken Lasagne. Made it tonight for self and a friend (to thank her for making me jiaozis (Chinese dumplings)). It was soooooooooooooo yummy and I have plenty leftover. That means frozen Mexican Chicken Lasagne for many nights to come.... We also had homemade garlic bread.... mmmmmmmmm Meanwhile, Nicole next to me has been indoctrinated into the world of the Blog.
