Sunday, April 06, 2003 Meteora Over at Jo And Jess', Joh was wondering about the silverchair concert on April 8. Sorry Joh! I'm going!!! With my brother! I'm really looking forward to it. If you do fnd tix, that would be awesome cos it's gonna rock - especially love the new Bohemian Rhapsodyesque single Across The Night. I just finished watching One Day In September. No, it is not a football documentary about AFL and that one big day in Sept (Grand Final Day), but rather an insightful doco on the murders of the 11 Israeli hostages at the 1972 Munich Olympic Games by Arab terrorists. From the bungled attempts from the Germans to rescue the hostages in the Olympic Village to the disastrous "rescue" operation at an airport, it was a very sad and shocking film. I enjoyed it though and learnt quite a bit. (Not to mention the general sprinkle of Deutsch throughout). In other news, I recently purchased the new Linkin Park album, entitled Meteora. I enjoy it immensely and look forward to future singles from that band. I bought the special edition of the album which came with an enhanced CD and DVD on the Making of the album. Very cool. I like watching the process, no matter what kind of process it is until it reaches the finished product. (paint drying and grass growing are notable exceptions).
